We've used them 3 times now - to install light fixtures that we bought, to assemble furniture, and to hang photos/mirrors/etc.

It was, indeed very easy. I previously bought a big wardrobe and found someone on Facebook to do the assembly. Turned out he was not very skilled. Left me in a tough situation. I had to replace it with a new one - went with the officially recommended service and was VERY pleased. They strived on time, worked very quickly and very well mounting a big wardrobe in under an hour. They also took all the garbage / packaging with themselves. I really recommend going for them via the official Ikea assembly service !
